Sekel Tech - Dashboard Login Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sekel Tech Dashboard (“Platform”). By logging in and using the Platform, you (“User”) agree to these Terms and confirm your acceptance of the full Master Services Agreement (MSA) available upon request.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sekel Tech Dashboard, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. License to Use

Sekel Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for authorized business purposes under an active agreement with Sekel Tech or its affiliates.

3. User Obligations

• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Use the Platform only in compliance with applicable laws.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the Platform.

4. Data Privacy & Security

Your data is processed in accordance with Sekel Tech's Data Protection Policy and applicable laws including GDPR and India's DPDP Act. Role-based access controls (RBAC) are enforced.

5. Termination

Sekel Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform in cases of violation of these Terms or breach of the MSA.

6. Modification of Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai courts.
